0. Answers in brief

  1. AF Delhi's live page does not confirm 16 December 2026.
    • The live TCF page was last edited on 4 Nov 2026 at 10:35 site time. It lists only Wed 18 and Wed 25 Nov 2026, 15 seats each, "Closed (Fully Booked)", and never mentions 16 December (AF Delhi TCF; page data) [H].
    • 16 December appears only in the 2026 schedule PDF (v3, "updated on 26th May 2026"): registration 2–9 December from 9:00, 18 seats, status "To be Confirmed", and the footnote "Exam Dates Subjected to Changes" (AF Delhi schedule PDF) [M].
  2. 18 dated sessions fall in the window, at 8 centres: 8 TCF Canada and 10 TEF Canada.
    • 10 are marked full or sold out.
    • 8 show no seat status (AF Delhi's says "To be Confirmed").
    • None is shown as open with seats left.
  3. TCF Canada. Seven of the 8 dated TCF sessions are full: AF Bangalore 12 Dec; AF Manitoba 9, 11 and 14 Dec; AF Calgary 12, 13 and 14 Jan [H]. The eighth is AF Delhi's provisional 16 Dec [M].
  4. TEF Canada.
    • All 3 Canadian TEF dates are sold out: AF Manitoba 8 and 15 Dec, and AF Calgary 15 Jan [H].
    • The 7 Indian TEF dates show no status: AF Bombay 12 Dec; AF Pune 16 Dec; AF Pondichéry 16 Dec; AF Hyderabad 6, 13, 20 and 27 Jan [M–H for the listings; seats unknown].
  5. Next releases to watch (§4):
    • AF Toronto: January–March 2027 seats go on sale on 1 Dec 2026 at 10:00 [H].
    • AF Delhi: the 16 Dec window would open on 2 Dec at 9:00 [M].
    • AF Jaipur: January–February TEF dates were due "in the first week of November" [H].
  6. For the calendar (§5, date arithmetic [L]):
    • The earliest dated sittings not marked full are a TEF on 12 Dec (38 days away) and a TCF or TEF on 16 Dec (42 days, 6 weeks).
    • No TCF date on or after 5 Jan 2027 is open yet.
    • Whether TEF practice stays in the course depends on a seat check at four Indian centres.

7. Open questions

  1. AF Delhi: is 16 Dec confirmed, how many seats will it have, and do people waitlisted in November get first claim?
  2. AF Bombay (12 Dec), AF Pune (16 Dec), AF Pondichéry (16 Dec) and AF Hyderabad (6–27 Jan): how many seats remain?
  3. AF Bengale: does its Calendly page show December or January dates for TCF Canada or TEF Canada?
  4. When will AF Delhi, AF Ahmedabad, AF Calgary, AF Edmonton, AF Manitoba and Concordia publish January 2027 TCF dates?
  5. AF Goa and centres outside the Alliance Française network in both countries were not checked. This needs a fresh search budget, or the official finders run by hand: LFA's session search and FEI's centre map.
